1: I live in a city in Wisconsin on the shores of Lake Michigan. . .Wisconsin is called "The Dairy State".

2: The city is called "Manitowoc". . .

3: I discovered a long time ago that if you rearrange the letters it spells "I'm not a cow".

1: Today a student from some years ago emailed me out of the blue to say that I had helped push him to study and examine various philosophical problems.

3: What I'm actually paid for teaching philosophy isn't so great--and then again I can imagine no greater payment than the privilege of teaching philosophy!
